On November 12th, 2019, a symposium "Frontier of clinical and basic research towards personalized medicine" was held for the purpose of academic exchange between ToMMo and Stanford University (USA).
During the symposium, eight researchers introduced the activities and facilities of the  institutions they engaged, and also the advanced research were presented. Many scholars and students attended the symposium and mainly of them are from the campus.
Enthusiastic questions and comments were exchanged after each presentation.

In the afternoon, the facility tour was carried out. Researchers visited the array facility, supercomputer , biobank , Sendai Community Support center, sequence facility and so on.
