The Group of Integrated Database Systems has established to develop database systems which integrate various data (health survey data, genomic data, omics data, clinical data, and analysis data, etc.) collected in the cohort project. Our group will also develop clinical following-up system which cooperates with local clinical and welfare information network. We will organize various data hierarchically with semantic link, and will accumulate advanced knowledge toward the realization of future medicine to each individual.
