The center is established to make use of large-scale data of Tohoku Medical Megabank Project and analytical platforms in ToMMo for genome-wide association study (GWAS) with collaborators who have case samples or genotyping data. The results obtained in the center are utilized in further studies for the development of disease risk scores in order to contribute to the realization of personalized healthcare and precision medicine.
