Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization (ToMMo) performed a major update of the database, Japanese Multi Omics Reference Panel "jMorp", on September 2nd, 2019. The database has several sections such as metabolome, genome variation, or genome sequence. This time, we updated metabolome section and genome variation section.
We released distributions of concentrations about 43 metabolites identified by NMR in 15,403 volunteers, distributions of peak intensities of 168 characterized metabolites by GC-MS in 2,270 volunteers. We also released the quantified metabolome data from 1,493 volunteers by Biocrates LC-MS analysis. Moreover, information of metabolome data obtained from volunteers in repeat assessment survey and difference of metabolome during pregnancy in baseline assessment survey is firstly released.
We released 4.7KJPN, allele and genotype frequency panel from 4,773 Japanese individuals. 4.7KJPN is involved people from several regions in Japan where outside of Tohoku region, so it is more highly represent as Japanese genome variation.
