    The development of novel detection method for multiple pharmacogene variations

    Associate Professor Masahiro Hiratsuka, Assistant Professor Eiji Hishinuma, Professor Masayuki Yamamoto, and their colleagues developed a novel detection method by chromatographic printed-array strip for multiple pharmacogene variations, for example, CYP2C9, VKORC1 CYP4F2, DNA1555A>G. The assay results are obtained within 90 minutes.

    They did research using Japanese genome reference panel and immortalized lymphoblast from the Tohoku Medical Megabank Project, and published an article on Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics.
