    The article about the public relations and communication strategies of Tohoku Medical Megabank Project was published

    New article about the public relations and communication strategies of Tohoku Medical Megabank Project was published in the Tohoku Journal of Experimental Medicine.

    The Tohoku Medical Megabank Project was conducted since 2012 as a part of national reconstruction program from the damage by the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake. In the project, public relations and communication activities emerged to be extremely important in the successful development of this project. Prof Fuji Nagami and colleagues examined these activities dividing the phases based on the situations surrounding the project and explored the best strategies for building relationships with multiple stakeholders like local government, media and industry. The process of designing the project’s public relations and communication activities will be useful for other similar initiatives.
