Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization (ToMMo) largely expanded the data in the database, Japanese Multi Omics Reference Panel "jMorp", on August 27th, 2018. The metabolome data obtained from 10,719 volunteers in cohort studies are now available online.
We released distributions of concentrations of 37 metabolites identified by NMR detected in 10,719 volunteers, those of peak intensities of 165 metabolites and 4 uremic metabolites by LC-MS in 3,012 and 2,424 volunteers, and those of peak intensities of 169 characterized metabolites by GC-MS in 1,028 volunteers.
jMorp is an only publicly opened database containing large scale metabolome data more than 500 people. We will upgrade jMorp regularly.
