Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization (ToMMo) largely expanded the data in the database, Japanese Multi Omics Reference Panel "jMorp", on August 10th, 2017. The metabolome data obtained from 5,093 volunteers in cohort studies are now available online.
jMorp is a database for the metabolome and proteome data in plasma obtained from volunteers in the Tohoku Medical Megabank Project cohort studies, and we released the first version of jMorp on July 2nd, 2015, with metabolome and proteome data from more than 500 people.
In the new version, not only we expanded the sample number up to 5,093 people, but also we newly released the important information, “Age dependency of plasma concentration of each metabolite”, “Network viewer for correlation information of metabolites” and “MGWAS (Metabolome-Genome Wide Association Studies) results for 5 metabolites”.
jMorp is an only database containing large scale metabolome date more than 500 people. We will upgrade our jMorp database regularly.
