Methylome and transcriptome data, and disease-related markers list of Japonica Array NEO are now integrated into jMorp

    Research: 2020/01/16

Methylome and transcriptome data from iMethyl database, and disease-related markers list of Japonica Array NEO are now integrated into jMorp.

iMethyl database has released by Iwate Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization, Iwate Medical University in 2016. Methylome and transcriptome data is available through our genome browser, and downloads page of jMorp.
ToMMo has designed Japonica Array and the first release was in 2015. Japonica Array NEO, a novel genotyping array specific for Japanese population, whose license for manufacturing and selling was given to Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in September 2019. Here, we released the list of about 28,000 disease-related markers on Japonica Array NEO with disease annotations, also downloadable from downloads page of jMorp.
