Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization (ToMMo) has completed the multi-omics (metabolome and proteome) analysis of 500 plasma samples collected from Japanese residents who participated in the Tohoku Medical Megabank Project Community-Based Cohort Study. We determined the concentration distributions of metabolites and observed protein frequencies in these samples using both mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy techniques. This data has been integrated into the database “Japanese Multi Omics Reference Panel (jMorp)” which is publicly available online.
